Company: Allround Facilities Pvt Ltd Location: Agra Industry: Hotel / Hospitality Projects Joining: Immediate Salary: As per Company Standards Open Positions 1) Billing Engineer Key Responsibilities: Preparation and verification of client/contractor bills Quantity take-off and reconciliation of materials Rate analysis and BOQ preparation Coordination with site and accounts team for billing documentation Tracking of project billing progress Requirements: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience in hotel/commercial project billing preferred Good command of Excel & billing software 2) Procurement Head Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end procurement for hotel projects Vendor development and negotiation Material planning, sourcing, and purchase order management Cost optimization and procurement scheduling Coordination with project/site teams for timely delivery Requirements: Experience in procurement for hospitality/commercial projects Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Knowledge of MEP/Civil/Interior procurement preferred 3) Planning cum Project Coordinator Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor project schedules Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams Weekly/monthly progress tracking and reporting Delay analysis and recovery planning Resource planning and project coordination Requirements: Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (Mandatory) Strong project planning and coordination experience Hospitality project experience preferred How to Apply 📧 Email: hrd@allroundpmc.com 📞 Contact: 7898008809 / 9893035553
